The Seven Herb Healing Sachet
Sew a small cloth pouch and fill it with seven healing herbs — lavender, chamomile, rosemary, thyme, mint, sage, and basil. Charge the sachet under moonlight and carry it or place it beneath your pillow.
What You Will Need
A small cloth pouch or square of fabric with ribbon
Cotton, muslin, or linen in white or green. About four inches square if using fabric and ribbon. This becomes the sachet that holds the healing herbs close to your body.
Dried lavender
For calm, stress relief, and peaceful sleep. One of the most universally recognized healing herbs.
Dried chamomile
For soothing inflammation, easing anxiety, and gentle emotional healing. Use loose chamomile tea if you have it.
Dried rosemary
For mental clarity, memory, and protective healing. Rosemary guards the body while it recovers.
Dried thyme
For courage, strength, and respiratory health. Thyme has been used medicinally since ancient Egypt.
Dried mint
For energy renewal, digestive healing, and freshness. Mint revitalizes what has grown stale or stagnant.
Dried sage

A needle and thread
If sewing the pouch shut. Alternatively, a ribbon or string to tie the fabric closed. The act of sewing seals the healing magic inside.
