What Midnight Spellcraft is
Midnight Spellcraft offers readings, horoscopes, a library of spells and sigils, historical texts, soundscapes and related material about modern witchcraft. It is offered for spiritual and entertainment purposes. Magic is a practice of intention, not a guarantee of outcome, and nothing here is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from the Account screen in the iPhone app, or by writing to us.
Memberships
The Seeker is free. The Coven and the Inner Circle are monthly memberships, priced as shown on the membership page and in the App Store before you subscribe. What each includes is listed in the same places.
Renewal. A membership renews automatically each month, and is charged each month, until you cancel it.
Free trial. Where The Coven is offered with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the membership begins and is charged at the end of the trial.
Cancelling. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the current month, and are not charged again.
- If you joined on the website, cancel from your Account page.
- If you joined in the iPhone app, Apple bills you, so cancel in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds. Website payments: write to us. App Store payments are refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes in price. If a price changes, you will be told before it applies to you.
A working you ask for
Asking for a working is free, and you decide afterwards whether to go ahead. What a working involves and costs is agreed with you directly before anything is done.
The material on the site
The spells, readings, horoscopes, writing, artwork, traced figures, soundscapes and music are ours or are used with permission, and are for your own personal practice. Please do not republish or resell them. The historical texts quoted in the Baneful Archive are in the public domain; the commentary and translations around them are ours.
The Baneful Archive is a record of historical texts. It is recorded, not recommended.
The iPhone app
The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, alongside these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them, and anything significant will be announced on the site.
