The Starward Token of Stolas

Join the Coven to keep this in your own Book of Shadows
A piece of jewellery enchanted under the sigil of Stolas, who teaches astronomy and the virtues of plants and stones. Worn, it is a reminder to slow down, look twice, and find the pattern under the surface of a thing.
Level Beginner
Time 20 minutes
Moon Any. A clear night sky is worth more here than a phase
What You Will Need
A piece of jewellery you will actually wear
A ring, a pendant, a pair of earrings, a watch. It has to be something you put on without thinking, because the whole working depends on it being on you when you need the reminder.
An image or sigil of Stolas
His seal from the Goetia, drawn by hand on paper, or his usual figure - a long-legged owl, or a crowned owl. Drawing it yourself is better than printing it, and it does not have to be good.
A dark cloth to work on
Optional, but it quiets the table and makes the small bright thing the only thing to look at.
Moon Phase & Timing
Stolas is a teacher of the stars, so the sky matters more than the moon here.
A clear night: The best timing this working has. If you can see stars from a window or a doorstep, work where you can see them.
New Moon: A dark sky shows the most stars, which suits a working about seeing what was already there.
Any evening: This is a gentle working with no urgency in it. An overcast Tuesday is a perfectly good night for it.
