The Three Knots of Discord

Ten inches of cord and three knots, one verse each: the thing remembered, the thing named, and the matter left bound. A knot working for anger that has nowhere to go, which asks that difficulty find the person where they made it.
What You Will Need
At least ten inches of cord
Yarn, string, rope, a bootlace, a strip of torn cloth. Dark if you have a choice. It wants to be thick enough that the knots are a little work to tie.
A private place to keep it afterwards
Decided in advance. The knotted cord goes out of sight and stays there.
A white candle, for later
Not used tonight. Kept for the day you decide to release the working by burning the cord in its flame.
Moon Phase & Timing
A binding of a matter sits best on the waning moon, but this working is forgiving about it.
Waning Moon: The usual choice. The matter closes as the light goes.
Dark of the Moon: For something old that you have never actually put down.
Any night: Cord is always to hand, and a knot working done the night the anger arrives is often the most honest version of it.
